Espirito aims to deliver the products at the earliest to its customers. We assure you that all due precautions will be taken so that your package reaches you safely.

How does the delivery process work?

All our deliveries are serviced through well-reputed couriers. As soon as your order is dispatched you will receive an email on the registered email address with the package tracking number as well as the name of the courier service that is processing your order. You can use the tracking number to track the status of your package on the courier company’s website.

In case you do not receive mail from us within 24 hours of placing an order, please check your spam folder. Tracking may not appear online for next few hours in some cases, so please wait until your package is scanned by the courier company.

What is the expected delivery time?

Delivery time within India: 5-7 working days

Delivery time outside India 10-12 working days

(working days exclude all Sundays and government holidays)

We will not be responsible for any delay or non-delivery of the purchased products due to flood, fire, war, pandemic or acts of God or any cause that is beyond our control.

Are there any shipping charges applicable on my order?

We offer free shipping pan India. In case of international delivery shipping cost will be calculated based on the cumulative weight of the entire order which will be chargeable.

What happens if I give the wrong contact details for delivery?

In case a delivery is not made by the courier company due to the non-availability or mistake in address or contact details of the customer, any extra cost towards re-delivery shall be to the customer’s account.

The user must agree to provide authentic and true information to avoid any kind of delays or loss of merchandise We reserve the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by the user at any point of time. If upon confirmation such user details are found not true (wholly or partially) Espirito has the right in its whole discretion to reject the registration and debar the user from using the services available at this website and/or other affiliated websites without prior information whatsoever.

Are there any hidden costs like sales tax, octroi, etc?

There are no extra taxes, hidden costs or additional shipping charges. The price mentioned in the website is the final price. What you see is what you pay. Our prices are inclusive of all taxes.
