Refund & Exchange

Everything you need to know to send back a product

  • We have a seven-day return policy.
  • If you are not happy with the product when you receive it and want a refund or a replacement for the same, email us within two days of receiving the product on the below email address with the order number. Email: info@espirito.in
  • Once mailed our support team will review and approve your request within 24 to 36 business hours if it follows the terms of return.
  • After you receive an email from our end, the product along with the approval mail and original invoice needs to be couriered to us at the following address- Espirito,37 B Dadanagar, Kanpur.
  • Please note that the returned items must be unused, in their original packaging including price tags, any accessories, manuals and the original invoice.

Return Conditions:

  • Return initiation should be done within two days of the delivery date.
  • The product should be in original condition with price tag intact and in the original packaging.
  • This does not cover any damage caused due to misuse, neglect, exposure to water and solvents or purely cosmetic damage (such as scratched leather)
  • In some cases, you may be required to include a video or photo of the defective product for proof in order to refund or replace the product.
  • The logistic team will inspect the piece on receiving it, and if the product is found to be damaged because of not adhering to the terms mentioned above, the refund will not be considered and the product will be shipped back to you as is.
  • Espirito is not responsible for the items damaged or lost in transit.
  • It may take up to 7-14 business days after receipt for your refund to appear on your bank statement.Products purchased from sale from the website or any event are non-returnable.
  • Returns made without a receipt may be refused. Espirito reserves the right to deny any return.
  • Espirito has the right to charge a restocking fee of 10% if the product is not returned in original condition.
  • We reserve the right to refuse the delivery of packages received without a return authorization from our side.
  • For COD orders

Give us your bank details via our email address.

We take 10-12 business days to process COD returns.

A convenience fee of Rs 100 will be deducted from the refund value of the order.

  • For Online payment

We take 7 business days to process refunds directly to the registered bank account linked to your purchase on our website.

Product Exchanges

  • If you want to exchange your product for another product or the same product, email us within 5 business days of receiving the order. Email: info@espirito.in
  • Do mention the order number and name of the product along with the photographs.
  • Once you receive the email of approval from our side, courier the product in the original packing with the price tags intact to the following address -Espirito,37 B Dadanagar, Kanpur.
  • Courier charges are to be borne by the customer.
  • A fresh piece will be sent to you of the same product or the product of your choice.
  • If there is any cost difference between the two products, we will send you a payment gateway link via our payment gateway partners. You will have to pay the difference In amount for us to facilitate fast receipt of the exchanged product.

Please note that the logistics team will inspect the piece upon receiving it and if it is found that the product is damaged because of not adhering to the terms mentioned above, the exchange will not be considered and the product will be shipped back as is.

We reserve the right to refuse the delivery of packages received without a return authorization from our side. 

Cancelling Orders

Once an item has been shipped, it cannot be reversed. To cancel an order, please follow our return process for a refund (as described above). Custom orders cannot be cancelled.
